Ask your question
What matters can Sterke Arm assess?+

We support status and IND matters, objections and court proceedings, municipalities and reception, CBR and RDW, employment, benefits, family, business and collective representation.

How does the initial assessment work?+

Briefly describe the situation, authority, date of the decision or event and any urgent risk. We then identify deadlines, required documents and the possible support route.

What should I do after receiving an authority’s decision?+

Record the date it was received and seek an assessment promptly. The objection or court deadline depends on the type of decision and may be limited.

Do you assist with municipality or reception disputes?+

Yes, including housing, relocation, benefits, living conditions, termination of reception, decisions, complaints and municipal communications.

Can I contact you about CBR or RDW?+

Yes. We review decisions, jurisdiction, deadlines and evidence concerning driving licences, fitness to drive, vehicle registration and documents.

Do you assist with employer problems?+

Yes. We assess wage, contract, dismissal, sickness, reintegration, workplace-injury and employer-liability issues.

Does Sterke Arm represent collective resident interests?+

Yes. We support residents’ councils, joint positions, institutional correspondence and structured dialogue with municipalities.

Can I arrange ongoing legal support?+

Yes. A subscription can include an agreed amount of regular consultations, review of letters and documents, deadline control and priority contact. The package is set after an initial needs assessment.

What should not be sent through the open form?+

Do not send BSN, V-numbers, full decisions, passport, medical or other sensitive data. A suitable document-transfer channel is agreed separately.
