Information received
Your name, selected contact, subject, brief description and any dates or urgency you provide — after you send the message in WhatsApp or your email app. The form does not request documents, BSN, V-numbers or medical information.
How the form works
The form prepares a message on your device and opens your chosen channel. Form details are not saved to the website database. Email and WhatsApp verification is not required; opening an app does not confirm that a message was sent or received.
Use and retention
Received messages are used to respond, make an initial assessment and organise agreed support. Access to previously registered enquiries in the staff register is limited to authorised people. Retention is limited by the processing purpose and legal obligations.

Who receives information
Sterke Arm receives enquiries through your chosen channel: WhatsApp/Meta or Gmail/Google. Messages and the earlier staff register are accessible to authorised people who need access to handle enquiries. The site runs on ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure; visits involve processing technical connection and security information. The new form does not send its text to the website database. Send documents or health information only through a separately agreed channel and only to the extent necessary.
External services
Your chosen services may process data outside the European Economic Area. The provider’s role, terms and safeguards depend on the service and contract. Google and WhatsApp explain their channel-specific processing in their privacy policies. Questions about the services used and applicable safeguards can be sent to our email address.
Your choices and rights
Contact fields are needed to respond; the form cannot prepare an enquiry without them. Providing information is voluntary; the enquiry text is not used for automated decisions or profiling. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact us by email. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
WhatsApp, analytics and advertising
If you continue through WhatsApp, the entered information is transferred to WhatsApp/Meta by your action. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may be activated only after the relevant consent and when configured. More information: Cookie policy.
